Indians in Singapore offer condolences to Pahalgam terror victims

Members of the Indian diaspora in Singapore on Thursday offered their heartfelt condolences to the families of Pahalgam terror attack victims.

Terrorists killed 26 people, mostly tourists, in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam on April 22.

More than 250 people from the Indian diaspora attended the solemn remembrance ceremony organised here by the High Commission of India at the chancery.

“What happened on 22nd April was a terrorist attack and 26 innocent lives were lost. And the manner of the attack and how they were singled out is very unprecedented,” High Commissioner Shilpak Ambule said.

The Singapore government has already condemned the unprecedented killing of the tourists.
