There are restrictions on the entry of heavy vehicles into Hyderabad city to reduce traffic and prevent accidents. These restrictions apply to heavy vehicles and lorries from different states. To minimize traffic and avoid accidents, heavy vehicles, lorries, national permit lorries, local lorries, and private buses from various states are already subject to restrictions. Vehicles weighing more than 10 tonnes can only enter the city between 11 pm and 7 am, while private buses are only allowed between 10 pm and 8 am.
