Nagababu files nomination for MLC elections

Konidela Nagababu has officially filed his nomination for the Member of Legislative Council (MLC) elections under the MLA quota. He submitted his nomination papers to Election Returning Officer Vanitarani at the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on Friday.

Nagababu was accompanied by key leaders, including minister for IT and HRD Nara Lokesh, minister Nadendla Manohar, Anakapalle MLA Konathala Ramakrishna, BJP leader Vishnu Kumar Raju, Tadepalligudem MLA Bolisetty Srinivas, and Palla Srinivasa Rao, who participated in the nomination filing ceremony. Expressing gratitude, Nagababu thanked Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for giving him the opportunity to contest.

He also extended his appreciation to Lokesh and Manohar for their support in the nomination process. Nagababu's name was finalized as one of the candidates for the five MLC seats under the MLA quota. Jana Sena Party president and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan formally announced his candidature, instructing him to file his nomination. Already serving as the party's State general secretary, Nagababu signed his nomination papers on Thursday as part of the election process.
