The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Office has announced a significant administrative reorganization, appointing four senior IAS officers to manage various portfolios. The orders, issued by principal secretary to the Chief Minister Muddada Ravi Chandra, aim to enhance operational efficiency and streamline governance. Muddada Ravi Chandra, principal secretary to the Chief Minister, will oversee several critical departments, including General Administration, Law & Order, Public Enterprises, Home Affairs, and Disaster Management. His portfolio also encompasses Finance, Planning, Commercial Taxes, Legislative Affairs, and Excise. Additionally, he will manage Endowments, Law and Justice, Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, and the Chief Minister’s Office Establishment, including coordination of Delhi and foreign visits.

His responsibilities extend to overall coordination and handling any miscellaneous subjects not specifically assigned. V Rajamouli, secretary to the Chief Minister, will focus on Water Resources Development, Mines & Geology, and Energy. His duties include Agriculture, Cooperation, Marketing, and Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries. He will also oversee Social Welfare, Disabled and Senior Citizen Welfare, Sachivalayam & Village Volunteer programs, Minority Welfare, and B.C. Welfare, Economically Weaker Sections Welfare, Handloom, and Textiles. Furthermore, he will manage the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) and monitor grievances.

Pradyumna PS, secretary to the Chief Minister, is tasked with Human Resources Development, Real Time Governance, and Municipal Administration & Urban Development. His portfolio also includes Panchayat Raj, Rural Development & Rural Water Supply, Environment, Forest, Science & Technology, Transport, Roads and Buildings, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Housing, Women and Child Welfare, Tribal Welfare, and the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty.

Additionally, he will oversee Youth and Sports. Karthikeya Misra , additional secretary to the Chief Minister, will manage Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, NRI Empowerment & Relations, and Information & Public Relations. His responsibilities extend to Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography, Infrastructure & Investment, Industries, Commerce, and Food Processing, Labour, Factories, Boilers and Insurance Medical Services, MSME, and Finance (IF). He will also coordinate the Chief Minister’s Delhi and foreign visits
