A 16-year-old girl student was on her way to school in an auto-rickshaw when a lorry hit the three-wheeler. The auto-rickshaw went under a bus, resulting in the death of the girl and severe injuries to the driver. The accident occurred at Habsiguda X road when the auto-rickshaw stopped at a traffic signal.

The lorry driver, allegedly driving in a rash and negligent manner, collided with the auto-rickshaw. The bus was also damaged in the incident. The lorry driver was taken into custody, and a case was registered at Osmania University police station.
