 The Vijayawada Municipal Commissioner emphasized the importance of everyone carrying out their responsibilities diligently to uphold public health. On a recent Dry Day Friday, the Commissioner toured the surrounding areas of Krishna Lanka in the morning. He highlighted the crucial role of the Public Health, Sanitation, and Biology Departments of the Corporation in safeguarding public health.

It has been stressed that all individuals should carry out their duties more diligently in order to combat the spread of seasonal diseases, contamination of fresh water, and the management of mosquito larvae.

The Commissioner visited the 17th and 18th Divisions in Krishna Lanka, Saara Krishna Reddy Road, Radhakrishnamurthy Road, and Kore Namaya to inspect operations. He also inquired about the details of the drainage system.

Biologist Suryakumar briefed the commissioner on the measures being implemented to eliminate malaria and dengue mosquito larvae.
