Twenty-four new Metro deluxe buses have been introduced in Greater Hyderabad City, covering both Hyderabad and Secunderabad. These buses will not be covered under the Mahalakshmi scheme.

Out of the 11 bus depots in the city, five buses have been allocated to Uppal depot, one to Mushirabad depot, and two buses each to the remaining nine depots. The buses will operate on routes including Uppal-Mehdipatnam, Secunderabad-ECIL, Jagadgirigutta, Mehdipatnam, LB Nagar, Hayatnagar, Abdullahpurmet, and Kothi.
