Chiranjeevi Faces Backlash for Pushing Fan Aside at Airport

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi is facing criticism from some social media users after a video surfaced showing the actor pushing aside a fan who was seeking a selfie at an airport. In the undated video shared on X, Chiranjeevi and his wife, Surekha Konidela, can be seen exiting an elevator with their security personnel.

A fan, who appeared to be a domestic airline employee, tried to take a selfie with Chiranjeevi, but the actor continued walking. Undeterred, the fan followed Chiranjeevi and made another attempt to take a photo with him. However, Chiranjeevi appeared to be unwilling and ended up pushing the fan aside before walking away.

Some people called the actor’s behavior “rude,” while others defended him, citing the importance of respecting his personal space.

This incident comes after another Telugu superstar, Nagarjuna, faced criticism on social media when his bodyguard mistreated a differently-abled fan at an airport. Nagarjuna later apologized for the incident on X, explaining that he was initially unaware of what had happened. He also met the fan in person to offer a personal apology.
