Elevate Customer Experience with Engaging Activities and Exclusive Offers
Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, has launched the second edition of its customer-centric initiative called ‘Sparsh Week 2024’. This initiative will run from August 5th to 9th and will involve various customer-focused activities for its employees and customers. The activities are aimed at emphasizing the spirit and promise of “delighting customers every day” and making customer delight a continuous process and standard practice for all employees across the bank and its subsidiaries. During Sparsh Week, the bank will host a series of customer-focused programs such as Masterclasses, Fireside Chats, Customer and Leadership Connects, and Panel Discussions.
These programs will involve speakers sharing valuable insights and experiences to re-instill the ethos of customer delight among the employees. As part of the initiative, the bank will roll out exclusive offers through its 5,000+ branches to celebrate Sparsh Week with its customers. These offers include special deals on health insurance, Axis Direct Account, vehicle loans, education loans, home loans, and credit card offers. Vijay Mulbagal, Group Executive, Axis Bank, mentioned that Sparsh 2.0 values, such as listening to customers with intent, empathizing with customers, and focusing on input metrics, lead to creating a series of customer delight moments, making the customers promoters of the bank.
Some of the engagements planned include meeting and greeting customers, familiarizing senior citizen customers with digital banking, organizing test drives, offering auto loans in select cities, building connections with potential customers through ‘Samaroh’, and felicitating customers from large corporates and conglomerates.
The bank’s various Sparsh initiatives over time have significantly boosted the Retail Bank’s Net Promoter Scores (NPS), ranking Axis Bank as the No. 2 bank as per the Kantar survey.
