(JKLC), a flagship company of JK Organization, today announced its financial results for the first quarter of Financial Year 2025. This is subject to various regulatory approvals and compliances. The appointment date for the merger is set for 1st April 2024. In the words of Smt. Vinita Singhania, Chairperson & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company, this consolidation aims to enhance value for all stakeholders. Sustainability The company is undertaking a project to enhance its TSR from 4% to 16% in a phased manner at its Sirohi Cement Plant as part of its green initiatives. In addition, during the quarter, the company successfully commissioned a WHR 3.5 MW at Sirohi.

Capex The company’s subsidiary, Udaipur Cement Works Ltd. (UCWL), successfully commissioned its 2nd Clinker Line of 1.50 Million Tonnes Per Annum in October 2023, doubling its clinker capacity to 3 Million Tonnes Per Annum. The company is also expanding its Cement Grinding capacity at its Surat Grinding Unit from 1.35 Million Tonnes to 2.7 Million Tonnes, with the project likely to cost Rs.225 Crores. Additionally, the company is putting up a Railway Siding at its Durg Cement Plant at a cost of Rs.325 Crores and expanding the Clinker Capacity at its integrated Cement Plant at Durg in Chhattisgarh.
