New Delhi : Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has remanded BRS leader K Kavitha to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) custody until April 15 in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. Kavitha’s arrest by the CBI occurred on April 11, leading to her appearance in court today.
The decision was made by Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Courts after the probe agency presented Kavitha before the court. The CBI has alleged that Kavitha is a key conspirator in the liquor policy case and is withholding information crucial to the investigation, prompting their request for a 5-day custody period.
