Amaravati: All surveys opined that the TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu will be the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh after the 2024 elections. Several survey organisations including national media and various survey organisations led by reputed psephologists have been declaring their survey reports for the last several months and the majority of them opine that the TDP, BJP and Jana Sena alliance will win the elections. The surveys say that the anti-incumbency factor due to lack of development, no capital city construction, government employees problems, sand and liquor selling policy, unemployment, no construction activity, electricity charges hike, and increasing essential commodity prices are the reasons for the situation. Especially youth, neutral and liquor-addictive men voters are totally against the government.
As per the ABP-C voter survey, the TDP-Jana Sena-BJP would score 20 seats in a total of 25 Lok Sabha seats. The alliance would dominate in nearly 140 Assembly segments in the state.
The News-18 opinion poll also revealed its survey report. As per it, the NDA team will win 18 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh. It may be recalled that already India Today recently released its survey. It also opined the TDP and Jana Sena would win majority Lok Sabha seats in the State in the forthcoming elections.
Besides, a recent survey conducted by the Herald group opined that the TDP and alliance are in an advantageous position with 91 seats. There will be keen contest in 35 seats. Even though the NDA parties win half of the seats, the TDP will form the government. Gone Prakasa Rao, senior Congress leader recently conducted a survey and expressed the same view that the TDP and alliance would win 120 plus seats.
The Janmat organisation has also conducted a survey and they opined the NDA parties will register a landslide victory. The survey opined that the TDP would win 145 plus seats.
Interesting fact is that the two major Telugu media houses in Andhra Pradesh are also expressing the same view in their internal surveys that the TDP would win the elections.
The surprising thing is top Telugu media which stood as the backbone of the TDP in 1983 conducted a survey but it did not reveal to the public that the TDP would win in 158 constituencies. However, the survey was conducted before TDP joined with NDA.
The two top national media organizations expressed their view that the TDP would get seats between 122 and 136 seats. Apart from this News X-Neta predicted that the TDP would get 122 seats. Some more organizations are ready to reveal their surveys in the next few days.
