Aluminium prices rose by 0.84% to Rs 239.65 per kilogram in futures trade on Thursday as speculators built up fresh positions due to a positive trend in the spot market. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for May delivery increased by Rs 2 or 0.84% to Rs 239.65 per kg in a business turnover of 2,545 lots.
