The Capital News

Amaravati: April 9: Kolli Raghurami Reddy, chief of the Special Investigative Team (SIT) has been transferred to Guwahati in Assam as a special police election observer. The Election Commission of India (ECI) has taken this decision on Monday late night. Kolli Raghuram Reddy faced allegations as he was working in favor of the YSR Congress. It may be noted that he had arrested former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu by making allegations of his involvement in corruption in the skill development case.

Surprisingly some documents were burnt a day before his transfer and the TDP raised hue and cry alleging that the papers were related to the case of the TDP leader. Recently SIT booked a case against BJP MP candidate CM Ramesh also. The incidents turned into controversy.

On the other hand, Chief Secretary K Jawahar Reddy issued orders by posting several officials for various positions. As per the orders, Lakshmishah is posted as CEO of DR YSR Arogyasri Healthcare Trust, P Rajababu is posted as managing director Skill Development Corporation. M Goutami is posted as new Joint Executive Director (JEO) for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). DR. BR Ambedkar is posted as director of Mid-Day Meals and Schools Sanitation. K Venkata Ramana Reddy has been posted as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director for Civil Supplies Corporation. Present CCLA joint secretary N Prabhakar Reddy has been given responsibilities as additional joint secretary-cum-secretary.
