Police Strengthen Security at Jagan’s Residence and YSRCP Office

Police have intensified security measures at the YSRCP central office and the residence of former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy in Tadepalli. This follows a fire incident that occurred on February 5 in the garden area in front of the party office, adjacent to Jagan Mohan Reddy’s residence.

After the fire, YSRCP representatives lodged a complaint with the Tadepalli police, prompting the registration of a case and the initiation of an investigation. As part of the probe, police requested CCTV footage from the office staff but reportedly received no response. In light of this, authorities have enhanced security in the area.

On Sunday, eight new CCTV cameras were installed in and around the YSRCP office. These cameras have been linked to a monitoring system at the Tadepalli police station to ensure continuous surveillance.

The police investigation into the fire is ongoing, with officers analyzing CCTV footage from various locations. Soil and ash samples from the affected site have also been collected and sent to a laboratory for forensic examination.
